Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from the US. Her most well-known character is Skyler White on The AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding supporting actress on a Drama Series. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward and Jean Ward, she also appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. Her passion for performing at the age of Preparatory prior to moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She took classes at Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters over a number of years. After that, she went on to TV and film. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she was cast as Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. After appearing as a Guest Actor in a variety of TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 90's She was then cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. In 2008, she was cast as Skyler on Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was also a part of her professional career. Gunn was also on the stage for David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. She also appeared in the podcast Numbered Day consisting of four audio plays.
