Anita Briem, an Icelandic actor, is a household name. Most famous for her role as Jane Seymour , the young woman who is destined to be his third bride Henry VIII in the series of television The Tudors and for her role as Hannah in the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth ( 2008 ) . Briem was first introduced to acting at age 9 in the National Theater in Iceland. Her first stage performance was as a child in Iceland and was a part of radio and television plays.
